The client

Cangaf is an accounting and business advisory firm in Bolton, Greater Manchester, in the United Kingdom. It offers accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning and financial advice to small businesses.

The problem

Small business owners choosing an accountant compare several firms, and financial services are hard to tell apart when they are described in jargon. Cangaf needed a website that looked as professional as the firm is, explained each service in plain language, showed its expertise to people who had not met the team, and made it easy to ask for a quote.

Our approach

We organised the website around the firm's services and the businesses it serves, so a visitor can quickly find the help they need. We wrote each service in plain language, planned supporting content (a blog, practical tools and a team section) to build trust, and placed clear routes to request a quote or call throughout. The project was delivered remotely for a client outside Ghana.

How our approach solved it

  1. Problem 1

Accounting, bookkeeping, tax and advisory services are hard for business owners to understand and compare.

    How we solved it

Dedicated service pages that explain each service in plain language, organised around the businesses the firm serves.

  2. Problem 2

Prospective clients had no way to judge the firm's expertise before getting in touch.

    How we solved it

A resources section and blog for financial tips and regulatory updates, plus interactive calculators and tools that help visitors with their planning.

  3. Problem 3

Business owners want to know who they will be working with.

    How we solved it

A team section introducing the people behind the firm.

  4. Problem 4

Interest had to turn into enquiries, not just page views.

    How we solved it

Prominent routes to request a free quote or call the firm, so a visitor ready to talk can act straight away.

What we delivered

  • Service pages. Plain-language explanations of accounting, bookkeeping, tax and advisory services.
  • Quote and contact journeys. Prominent routes to request a quote or call the firm.
  • Resources and blog. A content section for financial tips and regulatory updates.
  • Interactive tools. Calculators and tools that help visitors with planning.
  • Meet the team. A section introducing the people behind the firm.

The result

The firm gained a credible online presence that explains its services clearly and gives prospective clients a direct route to request a quote. The live site may have changed since our project. We have not published performance figures for this project.
